Abstract: This Report summarizes generic technical and operational characteristics needed to provide BWA systems in the fixed service including RLANs to end users. It includes technical consideration on the frequency range as well as radio propagation characteristics related to the deployment of BWA. Information on technical and operational requirements related to interference avoidance is also given.
