Define the following: Use of PDL in Settlement of Usage-Based Services; the form of acquiring usage data by each stakeholder; the form of sharing usage data by stakeholders on a PDL; the process of resolving disputes/differences between data shared by different stakeholders; the process of invoicing, netting and payment. The GS will include flow diagrams.
