Abstract: This Recommendation is to define performance parameters including delay, jitter, and packet loss ratio, to specify end to end performance allocation when PTDN interworks with other PTDNs or PDNs, to describe service classification in terms of constant bit rate services and variable bit rate services, and to define QoS guaranteed mechanisms in Public packet Telecommunication Data Network (PTDN).
