Abstract: This commercial item description (CID) covers naphthalene for use as a fumigant against fabric pests, primarily clothes moths. Naphthalene shall not be used in conjunction with paradichlorobenzene, which is also used as a fumigant against fabric pests. Intended Use: The naphthalene shall be an effective fumigant against fabric eating pests and be registered as such with the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).
