Abstract: Purpose. This instruction establishes policy, responsibilities, and procedures for meetings held in the JCS Conference Room (also known as the "Tank").
Applicability. This instruction applies to all Joint Staff directorates, Service Joint Action Control Offices (JACOs), and all component commands that present topics to the Operations Deputies (OpsDeps) and Joint Chiefs of Staff (JCS).
