Slotted head screws

Abstract: This Standard specifies the characteristics of slotted head screws. If specifications other than those given in this Standard are required, they can be selected from existing Japanese Industrial Standards, for example JIS B 0205-2, JIS B 0209-3, JIS B 1009, JIS B 1051 and JIS B 1054-1 upon agreement between the purchaser and the manufacturer. Further, the slotted head screws not in accordance with ISO 1207, ISO 1580, ISO 2009 and ISO 2010 are given in Annex JA. NOTE: The International Standards corresponding to this Standard and the symbol of degree of correspondence are as follows. ISO 1207 : 2011 Slotted cheese head screws - Product grade A ISO 1580 : 2011 Slotted pan head screws - Product grade A ISO 2009 : 2011 Slotted countersunk Oat head screws -Product grade A ISO 2010 : 2011 Slotted raised countersunk head screws - Product grade A (Overall evaluation: MOD) In addition, symbols which denote the degree of correspondence in the contents between the relevant International Standard and JIS are IDT (identical), MOD (modified), and NEQ (not equivalent) according to ISO/IEC Guide 21-1.
