Abstract: Video sensor is a device for the technology to extract useful information, for examples, number, gender, and age of persons in front of camera, by processing video data captured by camera. This Recommendation describes an architecture and requirements on IPTV application events extracted by video sensor devices. The requirements regards to general functionalities, delivery mechanisms, metadata, and functions to avoid the risks of privacy infringements.
