Abstract: This specification establishes the requirements for the manufacture and inspection of the Launcher, Rocket LMU-23A/E and LMU-23B/E. Intended Use: The LMU-23A/E and the LMU-23B/E launchers are intended for use with the GTR-18A rocket and the PVU-3B/E or the PVU-3A/E igniter to train aviation and ground forces to recognize and cope with attacking surface-launch missiles.
