VACUUM SYSTEM, LEAK DETECTOR, AUXILIARY AF-E34T-1

Abstract: This specification covers the requirements for one type of auxiliary leak detector vacuum system, designated AF/E34T-1. Intended Use: The AF/E34T-1 vacuum system is intended for use by instrument repair depots in conjunction with a mass spectrometer type leak detector for testing hermetically sealed equipment. By use of this equipment, sufficient pressure differentials can be provided between the outside and inside of the test item container to permit rapid leak testing the mass spectrometer type detector.
