Abstract: This specification covers fire resistant sponge neoprene five (5) piece wet suits including jacket, trousers, hood, boots and one-finger mitts for use by shipboard swimmers and lifeboat crews for rescue work. Intended Use: These suits are intended for use by shipboard swimmers and lifeboat crews engaged in rescue work. The type suit used will depend upon the severity of water and air temperature encountered.
