Abstract: Purpose.
This standard contains detailed requirements for collecting and reporting operations, historical, maintenance, and ammunition data for the management and support of aviation and nonaviation weapons systems and their related systems, equipment, components/modules, including flight and mission safety parts.Intended Use: The operations, historical, maintenance, ammunition, parts requisition, and readiness data developed in accordance with the requirements of this standard are used to transfer to Global Combat Support System - Army (GCSS-A) systems for the efficient management and support of aviation and nonaviation weapons systems and their related systems, equipment, components/modules, including flight and mission safety parts.
