Abstract: INTRODUCTION
Objectives. The primary objective of this chapter is to provide guidance on foreign military sales (FMS) Trust Fund Budget Authority (BA), to include FMS Trust Fund obligational authority (OA) for cases implemented in the FMS Trust Fund, the FMS administrative surcharge budget, and contract administration services (CAS) surcharge budget.
