Abstract: This specification covers a moistureproof varnish having a tung oil and phenolic resin base. Intended Use: The varnish covered by this specification is intended for use in the sealing and moisture-proofing of surfaces of small explosive devices. When fully cured, it provides a hard, abrasive resistant, moisture-proof coating.
