Abstract: This specification covers the minimum requirements for the procurement of a synthetic rubber-jacketed cable assembly embodying 54 conductors. The cable assembly is used in a missile fire control system. Intended Use: The electric cable described herein forms a part of the SUBROC missile control cables (LD 162872 and LD 162873). These units complete the fire control circuit between the torpedo tube breech door and the fire control console.
