Abstract: Purpose . Provide guidance on the conduct of Combat Support Agency Review Team (CSART) assessments.
Applicability . This instruction applies to organizations that participate in CSART assessments, such as the Joint Staff, Military Services and their components, Combatant Commands and their joint component commands, the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD), Combat Support Agencies (CSAs), Principal Staff Assistants (PSAs), and other joint activities.
