Abstract: Purpose. To publish policy for the management of JNO C4 education and training programs. The Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff authority is derived from title 10, USC, section 153(a)(5)(C).
Applicability. This instruction applies to the Joint Staff, combatant commands, Services, Defense agencies, National Defense University (NDU), Naval Post Graduate School (NPS), and the U.S. Army Signal Center and School, Fort Gordon, GA.
