Abstract: Purpose.
The aim of this publication is to provide a doctrinal framework for the MJLC concept and for the employment of its capabilities. It should be read in conjunction with the current editions of AJP 41 and its supporting joint publications AJPs 4.42, 4.53, 4.94 and 4.105, and single service logistics publications ALPs 4.16, 4.27 and 4.38 as it will not duplicate information contained in these complementary documents. Furthermore, this document will not include details of MJLC manning or implementation contained in Bi-SC Directives or working practices, which are contained in MJLC Standard Operating Procedures.
