Abstract: PURPOSE. This instruction promulgates procedures for establishing Cooperative Research and Development Agreements (CRADAs) between one or more Coast Guard Laboratories and one or more non-Federal entities. The purpose of CRADAs is to promote transfer of technology to the private sector for commercial use.
