Abstract: This specification covers both medium and heavy duty, high-speed, vertical milling machines, electric-motor driven, floor mounted, with equipment and accessories as described herein at the option of the procuring agency. (See 6.2) Intended Use: The milling machine covered by this specification is intended for use in slab milling, end milling, profiling, cam milling, bowing, slotting, drilling, high speed routing, vertical milling, and general milling operations within the capacity of the machine.
