Abstract: PURPOSE. To define policies and procedures governing the inspection, maintenance, and operation of overhead cranes and fixed hoists.
APPLICABILITY. This Instruction applies to all elements of JSC, including NASA facilities at Ellington Field, and, subject to contract provisions, to JSC contractors in the performance of their onsite services.
