Abstract: PURPOSE. This Instruction provides JSC policy and sets forth organizational responsibilities for managing and reducing energy consumption and cost at JSC and Ellington Field.
APPLICABILITY. This Instruction is applicable to all civil service and contractor employees at JSC and Ellington Field. This Instruction does not apply to White Sands Test Facility.
