Abstract: PURPOSE.
To define the policy for signing or acting on official JSC communications that are directed to or have originated from addressees external to this Center.
APPLICABILITY. This Directive applies to all JSC organizational elements. It does not include foreign correspondence which is covered in numerous NASA issuances and in JMI 1450.3, "Correspondence with Foreign Nationals."
