Abstract: This specification covers the requirements for polyethylene bag-liners for sanitation kits. (See 6.1). Intended Use: The open mouth bag in a bag is intended for use as a commode liner to contain human waste when used in conjunction with the fiber drum package for the sanitation kit. The bag set is to be placed inside the drum with the mouth of the bag draped over the top edge of the drum to form a double 2-mil plastic liner in the fiber drum for human waste. A toilet seat placed on the top of the drum and toilet chemicals, both items furnished in the sanitation kits, completes the commode.
