Abstract: This specification covers two types of nylon tape and three types of nylon webbing. Intended Use: The tape and webbing covered by this specification are intended for use in the manufacture of flight clothing. Types I and II tape are intended for use as lacing tapes; type III webbing as the helmet front tiedown strap for partial pressure suit assemblies; type IV webbing for oxygen mask retention kits; and type V webbing for oxygen mask adjustment straps.
