CONTRACT COST ACCRUAL PROCESS FOR NASA FORM 533 REPORTABLE CONTRACTS

Abstract: Purpose. To define the policy and provide specific responsibilities for the participants in the process of cost accruals for NASA Form (NF) 533 reportable contracts. Cost accruals for firm-fixed-price contracts are addressed in the Financial Management Manual (FMM) 9061-5A.
Applicability. This Directive is applicable to all JSC organizations as they relate to the procurement process, cost accrual process, and contract management.
