FD31 MULTI-USE PAYLOAD GROUP CERTIFICATE OF FLIGHT READINESS IMPLEMENTATION PLAN

Abstract: This process outlined in this document applies to hardware, payload, and integrated rack products developed by the Pressurized Payload Team in support of pressurized payload racks for flight on the International Space Station (ISS). Hardware includes the Expedite the Processing of Experiments to Space Station (EXPRESS) Rack, Window Observational Research Facility (WORF), Human Research Facility (HRF), Biological Research Program (BRP) racks, and International Subrack Interface Standard (ISIS) drawers. Integrated racks include flight racks integrated by MSFC used for payload operations and EXPRESS Transportation Racks (ETR) that transport payloads to the ISS via the Multi-Purpose Logistics Module (MPLM).
Purpose
This document defines the Certificate of Flight Readiness (CoFR) process the Pressurized Payload Team of the Multi-Use Paylaod Group (MuPG) will follow to provide CoFR inputs detailed in SSP 52054, ISS Program Payloads Certification of Flight Readiness Implementation Plan, Generic.
