Abstract: This directive defines the responsibilities and procedures governing landing/takeoff of helicopter aircraft at the Goddard Space Flight Center (GSFC), Greenbelt, Maryland.
APPLICABILITY. This directive applies only to GSFC/Greenbelt. The Wallops Flight Facility abides by the Federal Aviation Administration's General Operating and Flight Rules, as applicable, 14 CFR Part 91.
