Abstract: This specification covers one type of IDAA kit for the application of a permethrin insect or arthropod repellent to outer clothing. The kit contains two applications: one for a coat and one for a pair of trousers.Intended Use: The insect repellent kit covered by this specification is intended for use in treatment of the military service field uniform to provide protection from bites of arthropods (fleas, lice, chiggers, mosquitoes, ticks, scorpions, etc.) and other biting insects.
