Abstract: This specification covers the requirements for aerial liaison panel markers made of fluorescent nylon cloth. Intended Use: The panel markers are intended for use by the Marine Corps ground forces for ground to air identification and communications, and are designed to be attached to each other by means of snap fasteners to form various sizes and combinations. They may be secured to the ground by means of steel pins through the corner loops.
