Abstract: This specification covers M197A1, M198A1 and M354 tactical dollies for use in converting various semitrailers to full trailers.Intended Use: Dollies covered by this specification are intended for use in converting semitrailers to full trailers for transporting military supplies and equipment, and for mounting special equipment, when required. Due to the extreme battlefield conditions under which they are designed to operate, these dollies are considered military unique.
