TENT SECTIONS, FRAME TYPE, MAINTENANCE, MEDIUM

Abstract: This document covers tent sections with covers for one type of frame-supported raised hemicylindrical tent fabricated of fire, water, weather, and mildew-resistant (FWWMR) treated cotton duck. Each intermediate section is provided with a window and window screen, and each end section has a chain hoisted vehicle door, a personnel door, and a double heater duct. Covers are provided for protection of each section during transport. Intended Use: The tent sections are designed to be used in forming a medium size tent for repair of wheeled and track vehicles in cold climates. The tent is procurable in varied lengths depending on the number of intermediate sections required. Each increase or reduction in the required number changes the length by 8 feet.
