Abstract: This Commercial Item Description (CID) covers aramid tape, flat braided, for lacing and tying. Intended Use: The tape is intended for lancing and tying electrical wire and cable bundles. Tape with finish C provides the best knot holding characteristics. Aramid provides good resistance to fluids and fuels, and is not combustible. Useful temperature range of aramid tape is -100 F to 500 F.
