Abstract: Description of Driving Event:
During usability testing of the Human Factors Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (HF-PFMEA) software tool development, it was discovered that a novice user could not learn both the HF-PFMEA program and the analysis methodology in the time allotted for the usability testing.
