Interface and signalling requirements and specification for cross stratum optimization

Abstract: To support carrier services for instance cloud services efficiently, Cross Stratum Optimization (CSO) function is introduced. CSO function is aware of the resource usage across the service stratum and transport stratum and therefore is able to make optimized control and management of resource usage. This recommendation defines interface and signalling aspects to fulfil this function.
