MSFC FACILITY UTILIZATION POLICY

Abstract: PURPOSE
The purpose of this Marshall Policy Directive (MPD) is to prescribe policies and establish criteria for the orderly, comprehensive, and economical utilization of Marshall Space Flight Center (MSFC) facilities. These policies and criteria shall be observed in the decision-making processes related to facility utilization and planning. This Marshall Directive implements the requirements outlined in NASA Directive MPD 8800.14, "Policy for Real Property Management," for facility utilization.
APPLICABILITY
This MPD applies to the personnel, programs, projects, and activities at MSFC including contractors and resident agencies to the extent specified in their respective contracts or agreements. ("Contractors" for purposes of this paragraph include contractors, grantees, Cooperative Agreement recipients, Space Act Agreement partners, or other agreements parties.)
