Abstract: This specification establishes requirements for the performance, design, development, interface, and verification of a Vapor Compression Distillation (VCD) Flight Experiment (FE) on board the SPACEHAB. The experiment will be performed during a SPACEHAB mission to validate, within a microgravity environment, the existing design concept for the VCD in the International Space Station (ISS) Urine Processor Assembly (UPA).
