Abstract: PURPOSE. This Instruction establishes policy for the preparation, submission and coordination of Logistics Requirements (LOGREQ) messages for deployable units. Deployable units consist of any Coast Guard (CG) unit operating away from their homeport (e.g., cutters, and deployable specialized force units).
