Abstract: This specification describes the requirements and verification methods for the DUMMY CAP, BLASTING: non-electric, 5 minute inert time fuse delay, M32.Intended Use: The M32 is an inert replica of the M14 and is used to train both the M14 (5 minute delay) and M18 (20 minute delay). The M14 and M18 are used to initiate all past and current fielded and developmental demolition items such as explosives, shaped charges, and cratering charges.
