Abstract: This specification covers the dimensional, design, and performance requirements for five types (Types EB-20, EB-35, DB-60, DB-100, and DB-120) of smooth-wall poly(vinyl chloride) (PVC) conduits and fittings for underground communication and electrical power wires and cables. Conduits and fittings shall be evaluated on impact resistance and strength, joint tightness, pipe stiffness, and extrusion quality.
