Closed Circuit Impact Crusher and Screening Plant

Abstract: This commercial item description covers a complete trailer(s) mounted closed circuit impact crusher and screening plant (crusher/plant). The crusher/plant shall be capable of crushing quarried rock, sand and gravel, dolomite limestone, traprock and construction rubble consisting of steel reinforced concrete, brick, block and asphalt. The Crusher/plant shall have a design rated capacity of 100 to 250 tons per hour depending on specific products being made and conditions. The crusher/plant shall be a horizontal shaft impactor of sufficient size to accept and crush stones as large as 48 inches in diameter. The overall production quantity of the crusher/plant shall be 100 to 250 tons per hour for materials having a physical property of MOH's hardness scale up to 7. NSN 3820-00-060-1841.
