Abstract: This Commercial Item Description (CID) describes an automated upgradeable oscilloscope calibration workstation with minimum amplitude of ± 200 Volts DC into a 1 Meg O load with an accuracy of ± 0.025% + 25 µvolts. This oscilloscope calibrator CID uses the Fluke 9500B/1100 model oscilloscope calibrator with one 9530, active head for required specifications.
