Abstract: Reissues reference (a) establishing responsibility for the DoD Records Management Program, in accordance with reference (b), under the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Command, Control, Communications, and Intelligence (ASD(C3I)).
Updates policy and responsibilities for life-cycle management (creation, maintenance and use, and disposition) of information as records in all media, including electronic.
