Abstract: Introduction
This Part provides an overview of the architecture of the Cellular Digital Packet Data (CDPD) Network.
Several aspects of the CDPD Network are presented here:
• CDPD services
• CDPD interfaces
• Internal CDPD Network elements
• Mobility management.
Section 10 on page 28 describes the identifiers used throughout TIA/EIA-732. Architectural details of CDPD can be found in later Parts.
