description abstractThis Standard outlines the technical properties of and stabilization network (LISN) used in the measurement emissions in the frequency range 0.01 to 30 MHz. specifications for a line impedance of conducted electromagnetic
The LISN is applicable to the measurement of electromagnetic interference voltages originating from electrical apparatus and conducting into the public power network. The purpose of the LlSN is to provide a defined impedance over the specified frequency range between each of the power terminals and ground of the equipment under test (EUT) and also to isolate the test circuit from unwanted radio frequency signals from the public power network
For specific measurement procedures reference must be made to the appropriate technical standard applicable to the equipment under test. Described in Appendix A is a typical method of measurement that is intended to illustrate the general use of the LlSN in the measurement of the conducted emissions.
