description abstractThis method covers the laboratory performance evaluation of asphalt release agents. These release agents are used for coating tools and truck beds to prevent asphalt binder or hot mix asphalt (HMA) from adhering. The release agents should perform this function without causing degradation (stripping) of the hot mix asphalt.
