Abstract: This specification covers the requirements for in-line check valves for use in hydraulic fluid and lubricating oil fluid systems of Naval ships operating up to a maximum pressure of 3000 pounds per square inch (lb/in2). Intended Use: The valves described in this specification are intended for use in hydraulic fluid and lube oil systems of Naval ships. The non-reversible MIL-V-24630/1 configuration is intended for use in new designs while the MIL-V-24630/2 configuration is intended for logistic support of valves used in existing applications.
