Abstract: This detail specification covers the detail requirements for the preparation of the list of applicable publications, referred to throughout this specification as the LOAP. In addition to paper delivery this specification provides for electronic delivery of data through the use of the Document Type Definitions (DTDs) as specified in Appendix A.Intended Use: The technical manuals prepared in accordance with the requirements of this specification are intended to enable personnel to select publications pertinent to the weapon, system, equipment, or vehicle to which the publication applies.
