Abstract: Purpose and Scope
This test method provides a means for determining the weather resistance of textile materials.
The test options described below are applicable to fibers, yarns and fabrics and products made therefrom, including coated fabrics, whether natural, colored, finished or unfinished. Test options included are:
Option A—Direct Exposure to Natural Light and Weather.
Option B—Behind Glass Exposure to Natural Light and Weather without Direct Wetting.
