| description abstract | This portion of ISA-RP60 is intended to be used as a guide in the preparation of engineering designs and specifications for control center facilities (see 1.2). Because of the wide variety of industries using control centers, it is necessary that this recommended practice be general in its coverage. References are made to applicable industry codes and standards and to national codes that are law under the Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA). The user is cautioned to consult local and state building and construction codes that may also apply and to comply with the latest revisions of all such codes and standards, particularly in the nuclear power plant industry. | |
