Dimensional Changes of Fabrics after Home Laundering

Abstract: Purpose and Scope This test method is intended for the determination of dimensional (length and width) changes of fabrics when subjected to home laundering procedures. Four washing temperatures, three agitation cycles, and four drying procedures provide standard parameters to represent common home care options. This test is applicable to all fabrics suitable for home laundering.
